Empowering Minds™ Youth Leadership Education
A formal alliance with several of Alberta's education boards providing world-class leadership training focused on developing the confidence, motivation and resiliency necessary to thrive in today's world.
The Werklund Foundation Centre for Youth
Leadership Education at the University of Calgary
Launched in May 2010, the centre is committed to developing research, teaching, and service in the area of youth leadership education.
TELUS Spark
We are also proud to be a partner in imageinaction with TELUS Spark, the New Science Centre in Calgary, Alberta to develop a distinctive and exciting Learning & Leadership Centre. The result of this collaboration will impact broad and diverse audiences and will influence our universal understanding of the fundamentals of leadership and the emotional dynamics affecting it. The Centre features an interactive learning exhibit and integrates innovative technologies and a media centre designed to help children and youth understand how they learn and develop critical thinking skills.
AWALI Project
Our financial support also extends to the AWALI Room to Read Project; a global organization dedicated to promoting programs focused on literacy and gender equality in education in the developing world.
